Journey Diamonds
I recently saw a commercial for Journey Diamonds that had a man putting a Diamond necklace on his wife's neck while she was sleeping. It goes something like, "I love you, I'm always thinking of you..." Its acoustic with a lone woman singing softly...can't get this song out of my head...

The one I'm thinking of is an ad for Journey Diamonds. If so, the only one I've seen is Dusty Springfield - "What Are You Doing The Rest of Your Life".

Thank you, but I'm afraid that's not the one. I've seen that commercial too...this is a very new commercial...just started seeing it in the last few weeks.

Would you possibly be talking about the diamond ad featuring Cat Steven's song "How Can I Tell You". The song is covered in the ad by Cat Power. Very nice song which apparently Cat Power has no intention of releasing. If that's the song you're talking about, Liz Durrett does a nice, similar version of it. That was a bunch; I'll leave you alone now.:)

I saw this last night -- it sounds a LOT like Feist, but as much as I like her, I don't know her body of work as well as I'd like, so I'm not sure what song. But it did sound like her, and she's getting a lot of hype lately, so it makes some sense.

As it turns out, the band is Cat Power and the song is "How Can I Tell You."

it is cat power, however, if you listen to the liz durrett version, you'll forget about cat power, not to say that that version is no good, but liz' version is just that good. get it and listen to it....it's great!!!
