Are you sure? If it is by the Clash, it sounds like a different (perhaps more modern?) version. I have the version played by the Clash for the movie soundtrack to 'Gross Point Blank' and it is 100% different, although I agree, it does sound similar.

Not the Clash but definitely an inspired track by a new band called the Paper Cranes. The track was selected by us at Vapor Music in Toronto. I from the version that appears in the spot on an original demo of their album. The final album was just recently released through Unfamiliar Records in Canada and features a slightly more polished version of the song, but we like it raw. This band will be big. The song is called "Rabbit In A Snare" and you can find the more uptempo version on their myspace site http://www.myspace.com/thepapercranes and also in the hilarious new TV series called House Party and the newest hit comedy Less Than Kind.
